Frank began his career in 1986 in Columbus, Ohio, where he quickly earned a reputation for meticulous maintenance, thoughtful renovations, and a deeply personal approach to service—treating every pool as if it were his own.
As his reputation grew, Frank expanded west to Steamboat Springs and Telluride, Colorado, where he operated successful pool and spa services, proving that exceptional service is defined not by geography but by standards. In some of the most demanding climates in the country, his service-first philosophy remained resilient, precise, and trusted.

A pool industry veteran with nearly 40 years of experience and a lifelong passion for craftsmanship, known for treating every pool like his own and building Safari Pool Service on a foundation of precision, pride, and white-glove care. Frank began his career in 1986 in Columbus, Ohio, where he quickly earned a reputation for meticulous maintenance, thoughtful renovations, and a deeply personal approach to service. As his reputation grew, Frank expanded west to Steamboat Springs and Telluride, Colorado, where he operated successful pool and spa services, proving that exceptional service is defined not by geography but by standards. Frank later brought this same philosophy to Dallas, Texas, where he quietly built one of the region’s most respected residential pool service operations, maintaining more than 950 accounts weekly at its peak.

Holly - General Manager
In 2015, Holly joined Frank’s team through a mutual introduction and was inspired by his dedication to raising industry standards and to genuinely caring for both clients and employees, which motivated her to learn the business from the ground up.
As General Manager, she leads with a service-first mindset, drawing on her background in education and retail management to deliver clear communication, strong leadership, and exceptional client care.
As a mother and grandmother, she believes what truly sets Safari Pool Service apart is its family-oriented, team-driven culture—where supporting one another and caring for clients like family is the foundation of everything they do.
